Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 cup slivered almonds

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond milk, chia seeds, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir well to combine.

  2. Cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours, to allow the oats to soften and absorb the liquid.

  3. Just before serving, divide the bircher muesli into 4 serving pots or jars.

  4. Top each pot with fresh blueberries and a sprinkle of slivered almonds.

  5. Enjoy immediately or refrigerate for up to 3 days.
