Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 2 cups almond milk
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond milk, chia seeds, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir well to combine.

Cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours, to allow the oats to soften and absorb the liquid.

Just before serving, divide the bircher muesli into 4 serving pots or jars.

Top each pot with fresh blueberries and a sprinkle of slivered almonds.
