  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup chopped almonds
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, orange juice, Greek yogurt, and honey. Stir well.

  2. Gently fold in blueberries, chopped almonds, shredded coconut, and vanilla extract.

  3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours to allow the oats to soak and soften.
