  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 8 small pretzel sticks
  • Black writing icing
  • Orange writing icing
  • White icing sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Set aside.

  3. In a separate bowl, cream together the butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy. Add in the vanilla extract and mix well.

  4. Gradually add in the dry ingredients to the butter mixture and mix until a dough forms.

  5. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and shape them into balls. Flatten each ball slightly to create the snowman’s body.

  11. Use the black writing icing to draw on a hat and stick arms for each snowman.

  12. Use the orange writing icing to create a carrot nose for each snowman.
