How To Make Chocolate Biscuit Pudding

Ingredients
- 2 cups of milk
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1/4 cup of cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 12-16 chocolate biscuits
- 1/4 cup of chocolate shavings for garnish (optional)
Instructions

In a saucepan, heat the milk and heavy cream over medium heat until it begins to simmer.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract.

Slowly pour the cocoa mixture into the saucepan, whisking constantly until it thickens and coats the back of a spoon.

Remove the saucepan from heat and let the mixture cool slightly.

In a serving dish, arrange a layer of chocolate biscuits at the bottom.

Pour half of the chocolate custard over the biscuits, spreading it evenly.

Repeat the layering process with another layer of biscuits and the remaining custard.

Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until the custard is set.
