How To Make Bourbon Biscuits

Ingredients
- 150g all-purpose flour
- 50g unsweetened cocoa powder
- 100g granulated sugar
- 100g unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2-3 tbsp milk
- 100g dark chocolate, melted
Instructions

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and sugar.

Add the butter and mix until the dough resembles fine breadcrumbs.

Add the vanilla extract and 2 tbsp of milk, then mix until the dough comes together. Add more milk if needed.

Roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment paper to about 1/4 inch thick.

Use a small round cookie cutter to cut out biscuit shapes and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 10 minutes or until the biscuits are firm.
