How To Make Cauliflower Cheese Cakes

Ingredients
- 1 small cauliflower head, cut into florets
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup plain flour
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions

Boil the cauliflower florets in salted water until tender. Drain and mash them.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed cauliflower, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and beaten eggs. Mix well.

Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

Take small portions of the cauliflower mixture and shape them into small cakes.

Gently place the cauliflower cheese cakes in the frying pan and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Remove from the pan and drain on a paper towel to remove any excess oil.
