How To Make Peppercorn and Garlic Mashed Cauliflower Recipe

Creamy mashed cauliflower with fresh garlic and peppercorns.

Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower, chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 tsp of whole peppercorns
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil chopped cauliflower until tender.

  2. In a separate pan, sauté minced garlic and peppercorns in olive oil.

  3. In a food processor, blend boiled cauliflower with almond milk until smooth.

  4. Add sautéed garlic and peppercorn mixture into the food processor and blend until fully combined.

  5. Season with salt to taste.
