How To Make Turnip and Cauliflower Mash Recipe
Creamy and flavorful mashed turnips and cauliflower, a perfect substitute for mashed potatoes!

Ingredients
- 1 medium turnip, peeled and cubed
- 1 small head of cauliflower, roughly chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Place turnip cubes, cauliflower, and garlic cloves in a pot and cover with water.

Bring to a boil over high heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.

Drain vegetables and return them to the pot.

Add butter and heavy cream to the pot and mash with a potato masher until smooth.
