Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup low-fat milk
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- Salt and pepper to taste

In a saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for a minute until fragrant.
