- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1.5 lbs steak tips
Instructions

In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, honey, minced garlic, dried rosemary, and black pepper.

Place the steak tips in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
