How To Make Madeira Gravy

- 2 cups beef or chicken broth
- 1/2 cup Madeira wine
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 onion, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste

In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced onion and garlic and sauté until translucent.

Sprinkle the flour over the onion and garlic mixture and cook for a minute, stirring constantly.
