How To Make Lime, Chilli & Feta Butter

- 1 lime, zest and juice
- 1 red chili, finely chopped
- 100g feta cheese, crumbled
- 100g butter, softened
- Salt, to taste

In a bowl, combine the lime zest and juice, chopped chili, feta cheese, softened butter, and salt. Mix well until fully combined.

Transfer the mixture onto a sheet of cling wrap and shape it into a log. Roll the log tightly in the cling wrap and twist the ends to secure.

Place the butter log in the refrigerator and let it chill for at least 1 hour, or until firm.

Once the butter is firm, remove it from the refrigerator and unwrap it from the cling wrap. Slice into rounds or serve as a log.
