Ingredients

  • 1 lime, zest and juice
  • 1 red chili, finely chopped
  • 100g feta cheese, crumbled
  • 100g butter, softened
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the lime zest and juice, chopped chili, feta cheese, softened butter, and salt. Mix well until fully combined.

  2. Transfer the mixture onto a sheet of cling wrap and shape it into a log. Roll the log tightly in the cling wrap and twist the ends to secure.

  3. Place the butter log in the refrigerator and let it chill for at least 1 hour, or until firm.

  4. Once the butter is firm, remove it from the refrigerator and unwrap it from the cling wrap. Slice into rounds or serve as a log.

  5. Spread the lime, chili, and feta butter on bread, grilled vegetables, or use it to season grilled meat or seafood.

  6. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
