Ingredients

  • 1 pound of prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 2 ripe avocados, sliced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat a grill or frying pan over medium-high heat.

  2. In a bowl, combine the lime juice, red chilli, olive oil, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.

  3. Grill or pan-fry the prawns until cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side.

  4. Arrange the sliced avocados and cooked prawns on a platter.

  5. Drizzle the lime and chilli dressing over the prawns and avocados.

  6. Garnish with fresh cilantro.

  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
