How To Make Prawn & Avocado Platter with Lime & Chilli Dressing

Ingredients
- 1 pound of prawns, peeled and deveined
- 2 ripe avocados, sliced
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions

Heat a grill or frying pan over medium-high heat.

In a bowl, combine the lime juice, red chilli, olive oil, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.

Grill or pan-fry the prawns until cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Arrange the sliced avocados and cooked prawns on a platter.

Drizzle the lime and chilli dressing over the prawns and avocados.

Garnish with fresh cilantro.
