How To Make Barbecued prawns with chilli, lime & coriander butter

Ingredients
- 20 large prawns, peeled and deveined
- 2 red chillies, finely chopped
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- Juice of 2 limes
- 1/4 cup of fresh coriander leaves, chopped
- 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, softened
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

In a small bowl, combine the chopped chillies, minced garlic, lime juice, chopped coriander, and softened butter. Mix well.

Season the prawns with salt and pepper.

Grill the prawns for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and have nice grill marks.

Remove the prawns from the grill and immediately brush them with the chilli, lime and coriander butter.

Serve the barbecued prawns hot with extra butter on the side.
