- 1 pound red jalapeno peppers
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup distilled white vinegar
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika

Wash and dry the jalapeno peppers. Cut off the stems and roughly chop them.

In a saucepan, combine the chopped peppers, minced garlic, white vinegar, brown sugar, fish sauce, salt, and paprika.

Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, then reduce to a simmer and cook for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
