- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- Vegetable oil, for frying
- Sesame seeds and green onions, for garnish

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.

Dredge the chicken wings in the flour mixture, ensuring they are well coated.

In a deep pan or Dutch oven, heat enough vegetable oil to fully submerge the chicken wings.

Fry the wings in batches for about 8-10 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain onto a paper towel-lined plate.
