How To Make Pickled Pineapple & Sriracha Grilled Cheese

Ingredients
- 8 slices of bread
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- 1 cup of pickled pineapple slices
- 2 tablespoons of sriracha sauce
- 2 tablespoons of butter
Instructions

Preheat a skillet or griddle over medium heat.

Spread sriracha sauce on one side of each slice of bread.

Place a slice of cheese on the sriracha side of 4 bread slices.

Top each cheese slice with a few pickled pineapple slices.

Place the remaining bread slices on top, sriracha side down.

Spread butter on the outside of each sandwich.

Grill the sandwiches in the skillet or griddle until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 5 minutes per side.
