Ingredients

  • 1 (4-5 lb) boneless ham
  • 1 cup cola
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).

  2. Place the ham in a large roasting pan.

  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together the cola, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.

  4. Pour the cola mixture over the ham, making sure to coat it evenly.

  5. Cover the ham loosely with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour.

  6. Remove the foil and baste the ham with the glaze from the bottom of the pan.

  7. Increase the oven temperature to 400°F (204°C) and bake for another 30 minutes, or until the glaze is sticky and caramelized.

  8. Allow the ham to rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

  9. Serve warm and enjoy!
