Ingredients

  • 1.5 kg boneless cooked ham
  • 330 ml cola
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon ground cloves

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

  2. Place the ham in a roasting pan, fat side up.

  3. In a saucepan, combine the cola, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, and ground cloves. Cook over medium heat until the mixture thickens slightly, about 5 minutes.

  4. Pour the glaze over the ham, coating it evenly.

  5. Cover the roasting pan with foil and bake for 2 hours.

  6. Remove the foil and baste the ham with the glaze from the bottom of the pan. Return to the oven and bake uncovered for an additional 30 minutes, or until the ham is golden and caramelized.

  7. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

  8. Serve the cola ham with maple & mustard glaze hot with your favorite sides.
