Ingredients

  • 2 cups of canned corn
  • 1 cup of mayonnaise
  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup of chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup of diced red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup of diced jalapeno
  • 1/4 cup of chopped cilantro
  • 1 tsp of garlic powder
  • 1 tsp of onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the canned corn, mayonnaise, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, diced red bell pepper, diced jalapeno, chopped cilantro, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.

  3. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and spread it out evenly.

  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  5. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

  6. Serve the corn dip with tortilla chips or toasted bread slices.
