Ingredients

  • 1 cup canned corn kernels, drained
  • 1 jalapeno, seeded and diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Tortilla chips, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the corn, jalapeno, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.

  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until the dip is bubbly and the cheese is melted.

  5. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.

  6. Serve the jalapeno corn dip warm with tortilla chips.
