
How To Make Clam Dip
This clam dip will surely take the spotlight with its creamy and tangy tones. Its made of sour cream, minced clams, and cream cheese for a thick condiment.

Ingredients
- 8ozcream cheese,softened
- ÂĽcupsour cream
- 1clovegarlic,minced
- ÂĽtspdried parsley flakes,or 1 tsp fresh chopped parsley
- ½tspworcestershire sauce
- 1dashDash Tabasco,or desired hot sauce
- 6½ozclams,(1 can) minced, drained but juice reserved
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Stir in sour cream, garlic, parsley, Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce.

Stir in drained clams. Add reserved clam juice from the canned clams to thin the dip to desired consistency. Chill for 1 to 2 hours before serving. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.

Serve with potato chips or crackers.
