  • 6 slices of bacon
  • 3 tbsp of all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 1/4 tsp of black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove bacon from skillet and set aside, leaving the drippings in the skillet.

  2. Sprinkle flour over the bacon drippings and whisk together until smooth.

  3. Gradually add milk to the skillet, whisking constantly, until the mixture thickens.

  4. Crumble the cooked bacon and stir it into the gravy. Season with salt and black pepper.

  5. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through.
