Ingredients
- 1 lb raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb Andouille sausage, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 yellow onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp cajun seasoning
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add sliced sausage and sauté until browned, about 5 minutes.

Add chopped bell peppers, onion, and garlic. Continue cooking until vegetables are soft, about 5 minutes.
