Ingredients

  • 250g mascarpone cheese
  • 100ml heavy cream
  • 50g powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 200g ladyfinger biscuits
  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 50g chocolate honeycomb candy, crushed

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

  2. Dip each ladyfinger biscuit into the cooled coffee and arrange them in a single layer in a serving dish.

  3. Spread a layer of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfinger biscuits.

  4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 to create another layer of ladyfinger biscuits and mascarpone mixture.

  5. Dust the top layer with cocoa powder.

  6. Sprinkle the crushed honeycomb candy over the cocoa powder.

  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
