How To Make Pineapple-Glazed Thanksgiving Ham Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 small ham (4-5 lbs)
- 1 can of sliced pineapple (20 oz), reserve the juice
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tsp dried mustard
- 1/2 tsp ground cloves
Instructions

Preheat oven to 325°F.

Place the ham in a roasting pan and score the surface with a knife.

Arrange the pineapple slices on top of the ham and secure with toothpicks.

In a saucepan, combine the reserved pineapple juice, brown sugar, honey, dried mustard, and ground cloves. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes.

Pour half of the glaze over the ham and bake for 1 hour.

Baste the ham with the remaining glaze every 20 minutes for the next 1.5 hours, or until the ham is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 140°F.

Let the ham rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
