How To Make Pineapple-Glazed Christmas Ham Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 small bone-in ham (about 2-3 pounds)
- 1 cup of pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar
- 1/4 cup of maple syrup
- 2 tbsp of dijon mustard
- 1 tsp of ground cloves
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 325°F.

Remove any packaging or netting from the ham and place it in a baking dish.

In a saucepan, combine the pineapple juice, brown sugar, maple syrup, dijon mustard, and ground cloves. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce it to a simmer for 10 minutes until it thickens.

Use a brush to apply the glaze over the entire ham.

Bake the ham in the oven for 2 hours, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 140°F. Baste the ham every 30 minutes with the remaining glaze.
