Ingredients

  • 1 small bone-in ham (about 2-3 pounds)
  • 1 cup of pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup of brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup of maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp of dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp of ground cloves

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F.

  2. Remove any packaging or netting from the ham and place it in a baking dish.

  3. In a saucepan, combine the pineapple juice, brown sugar, maple syrup, dijon mustard, and ground cloves. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce it to a simmer for 10 minutes until it thickens.

  4. Use a brush to apply the glaze over the entire ham.

  5. Bake the ham in the oven for 2 hours, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 140°F. Baste the ham every 30 minutes with the remaining glaze.

  6. Let the ham rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
