How To Make Grilled Summer Vegetable Skewers Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 yellow squash, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 red onion, sliced into wedges
- 8-10 wooden or metal skewers
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Soak wooden skewers in water for 20 minutes.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Thread vegetables onto skewers, alternating colors.

In a small bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Brush mixture over skewered vegetables.
