How To Make Summer Vegetable Quiche Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 pie crust
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 red pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 cup of spinach
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1 tsp of black pepper
- 1 tsp of paprika
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

Roll out the pie crust and place it in a 9-inch pie dish.

In a large skillet, sauté the zucchini, red pepper, and onion until tender.
