  • 4 cups peeled and sliced fresh peaches
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.

  2. In a mixing bowl, stir together flour, sugar, cinnamon, and salt.

  3. Cut in cubed butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

  4. Add rolled oats to the mixture and stir to combine.

  5. Grease an 8-inch baking dish and spread sliced peaches evenly on the bottom.

  6. Sprinkle the crumble mixture over the peaches.

  7. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.

  8. Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.
