- 4 cups peeled and sliced fresh peaches
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
