  • 1 ½ cups of graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 egg yolks

  • Whipped cream, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, press onto the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish.

  3. Combine condensed milk, egg yolks, key lime juice, and lime zest in a bowl. Mix well.

  4. Pour mixture onto the crust and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until set.

  5. Let cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

  6. Garnish with whipped cream before serving.
