How To Make Rosewater Milk Pudding Recipe
A creamy, aromatic pudding infused with the delicate fragrance of rosewater.

Ingredients
- 4 cups whole milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 2 tbsp rosewater
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- a pinch of salt
- chopped pistachios, for garnish
Instructions

In a saucepan, whisk together the milk, sugar, cornstarch, rosewater, vanilla extract and salt until smooth.

Place the saucepan over medium heat and cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and starts to bubble, about 15-20 minutes.

Remove the saucepan from heat and transfer the pudding to serving bowls. Let it cool down to room temperature.

Chill the pudding in the refrigerator for at least an hour. Serve cold, garnished with chopped pistachios.
