Ingredients

  • 1 (5 pound) fully cooked bone-in ham
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon ground cloves

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).

  2. Score the ham by making shallow cuts across the surface in a diamond pattern.

  3. In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, Dijon mustard, pineapple juice, orange juice, honey, and ground cloves.

  4. Place the ham in a large baking dish.

  5. Pour half of the glaze mixture over the ham and use a brush to evenly coat the surface.

  6. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour.

  7. Remove the foil and pour the remaining glaze over the ham.

  8. Return the ham to the oven, uncovered, and bake for an additional 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 140°F (60°C).

  9. Remove the ham from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

  10. Serve the Easter Ham warm and enjoy!
