How To Make Easter Ham Recipe

- 1 (5 pound) fully cooked bone-in ham
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon ground cloves
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).

Score the ham by making shallow cuts across the surface in a diamond pattern.

In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, Dijon mustard, pineapple juice, orange juice, honey, and ground cloves.

Place the ham in a large baking dish.

Pour half of the glaze mixture over the ham and use a brush to evenly coat the surface.

Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour.

Remove the foil and pour the remaining glaze over the ham.

Return the ham to the oven, uncovered, and bake for an additional 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 140°F (60°C).

Remove the ham from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
