How To Make Apricot Walnut Easter Bread Recipe
A sweet and nutty Easter bread with chunks of apricot and crunchy walnuts.

Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp instant yeast
- 1/4 cup warm water
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup chopped dried apricots
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and yeast.

Add warm water, honey, egg, and butter. Mix until well combined.

Stir in apricots, walnuts, and salt.

Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5 minutes.

Place dough in a greased bowl and let it rise for 1 hour or until it doubles in size.

Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a loaf pan.

Transfer dough to the prepared loaf pan and bake for 35-40 minutes or until it turns golden brown.
