How To Make Vegan Easter Coconut Macaroon Nests Recipe
These cute macaroon nests are perfect for Easter celebrations and are made vegan-friendly.

Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup agave syrup
- 1/4 cup aquafaba
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 4 tbsp dark chocolate chips
- vegan-friendly candy eggs
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a bowl, mix together shredded coconut, agave syrup, aquafaba, flour, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.

Take handfuls of mixture and form into small nests on a lined baking tray.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.

Once the nests have cooled, melt dark chocolate chips in a bowl over boiling water and spoon into the nests, then add vegan-friendly candy eggs on top.

Allow chocolate to cool and set before serving.
