  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Powdered sugar for rolling


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

  3. Add vegetable oil, milk, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.

  4. Roll teaspoonfuls of dough into balls and coat each ball generously with powdered sugar.

  5. Place the coated balls on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.

  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the biscuits are set and cracked on the surface.
