Ingredients

  • 1 bone-in ham (6-7 pounds)
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.

  2. Place ham in a roasting pan and score the surface with a sharp knife in a diamond pattern.

  3. Combine honey, brown sugar, dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, ground cinnamon, ground cloves, and ground nutmeg in a small bowl.

  4. Brush half the glaze all over ham.

  5. Roast ham for 1 1/2 hours, basting with remaining glaze every 20 minutes.

  6. Remove ham from oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
