How To Make Honey Glazed Christmas Ham Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 bone-in ham (6-7 pounds)
- 1 cup honey
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
Instructions

Preheat oven to 325°F.

Place ham in a roasting pan and score the surface with a sharp knife in a diamond pattern.

Combine honey, brown sugar, dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, ground cinnamon, ground cloves, and ground nutmeg in a small bowl.

Brush half the glaze all over ham.

Roast ham for 1 1/2 hours, basting with remaining glaze every 20 minutes.
