How To Make Breakfast Burrito Recipe

Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 burrito-sized tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Pour in egg mixture and cook until scrambled and set, about 5-7 minutes.

Warm tortillas in the microwave for 15-20 seconds.
