How To Make Slow Cooker Scalloped Potatoes with Ham Recipe

Ingredients
- 3 large potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 cup cooked ham, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups milk
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour to make a roux. Cook for 1-2 minutes until lightly golden.

Slowly whisk in the milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until the mixture thickens, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.

In a greased slow cooker, layer half of the potatoes, ham, onion, and cheese. Pour half of the milk mixture over the top. Repeat with the remaining ingredients, ending with a layer of cheese.

Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until the potatoes are tender.

Once cooked, sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve hot.
