  • 1 small onion, diced

  • 4 cups fresh spinach

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  2. Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until soft and fragrant.

  3. Add the fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted.

  4. Stir in the heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese.
