How To Make Slow Cooker Pea & Ham Soup
This hearty soup is packed with tender peas and savory ham, slow-cooked to perfection.

Ingredients
- 1 lb dried split peas
- 1 ham hock
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups water
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Rinse the split peas and place them in the slow cooker.

Add the ham hock, diced onion, carrots, and celery to the slow cooker.

Pour in the chicken broth and water.

Cook on low heat for 6 hours, or until the peas are tender and the ham is falling off the bone.
