How To Make Easy Slow Cooker Cheesy Potato Soup with Ham

Ingredients
- 4 cups potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 cup ham, diced
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped chives for garnish
Instructions

In a slow cooker, combine potatoes, ham, onion, garlic, chicken broth, salt, and pepper. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until potatoes are tender.

In a separate pot, heat milk until hot but not boiling. Stir in cheddar cheese until melted.

Add the cheese mixture and sour cream to the slow cooker. Stir until well combined.

Cook on low for an additional 30 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
