How To Make Oven-Fresh Seasoned Potato Wedges

Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

Wash and scrub the potatoes. Cut them into wedges.

In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, thyme, rosemary, salt, and black pepper.

Add the potato wedges into the bowl and toss until they are well coated with the seasoned oil.

Place the wedges onto a baking sheet in a single layer.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the potato wedges are golden brown and crispy.
