  • 4 large Cheshire potatoes

  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. Peel and cut the Cheshire potatoes into equal-sized wedges.

  3. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, and minced garlic. Stir well.

  4. Add the potato wedges to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the seasoning mixture.

  5. Place the coated potato wedges on a baking sheet in a single layer.

  6. Bake for 30 minutes or until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy, flipping them halfway through cooking.

  7. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
