- 4 large Cheshire potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

In a large bowl, combine olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, and minced garlic. Stir well.

Add the potato wedges to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the seasoning mixture.

Place the coated potato wedges on a baking sheet in a single layer.
