Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes, washed and cut into wedges
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, soy sauce, honey, sesame seeds, lemon juice, garlic powder, and salt. Mix well.

  3. Add the potato wedges to the bowl and toss until they are well coated with the sticky glaze.

  4. Arrange the coated potato wedges on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.

  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the wedges are crispy and golden brown.

  6. Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
