  • 4 large potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Cooking spray


  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. Scrub and rinse the potatoes, then cut them into wedges or thick fries.

  3. In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper until coated evenly.

  4. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray to prevent sticking.

  5. Arrange the seasoned potato wedges in a single layer on the baking sheet.

  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping once halfway through, until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.

  7. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
