- 4 large russet potatoes, scrubbed and cut into chunky wedges

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, dried rosemary, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Add the potato wedges to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the seasoning mixture.
