Ingredients

  • 4 large russet potatoes, scrubbed and cut into chunky wedges
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, dried rosemary, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  3. Add the potato wedges to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the seasoning mixture.

  4. Arrange the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.

  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, then flip the potatoes and roast for an additional 20 minutes, or until they are golden and crispy.

  6. Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
