How To Make Cheese and Bacon Potato Rounds Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Slice the potatoes into ¼-inch thick rounds and place them on a baking sheet.

Drizzle the potato rounds with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Bake for 15 minutes, then flip the rounds and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden and crisp.

Remove the potato rounds from the oven and sprinkle them with the shredded cheddar cheese.

Return the baking sheet to the oven and bake for another 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove from the oven and sprinkle with crumbled bacon and sliced green onions.
