How To Make Stir-fried Pork with Ginger & Honey

Ingredients
- 1 lb pork tenderloin, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, ginger, and garlic.

Marinate the pork slices in the mixture for at least 10 minutes.

Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the marinated pork slices and stir-fry until browned, about 4-5 minutes.

Add green onions and red bell pepper to the skillet and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.

In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water to create a slurry.

Pour the slurry into the skillet and cook until the sauce thickens.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
