How To Make Sticky Pork & Radish Noodles

Ingredients

  • 1 lb of pork shoulder, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 inch piece of ginger, grated
  • 4 radishes, thinly sliced
  • 8 oz of rice noodles, cooked according to package instructions
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Mix well.

  2. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium heat. Add the pork and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.

  3. Add the sauce mixture to the skillet and stir to coat the pork. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens and becomes sticky.

  4. Add the radishes to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes until slightly softened.

  5. Add the cooked rice noodles to the skillet and toss to combine everything together.

  6. Remove from heat and garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.

  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
